Initially we had some ideas and he adopt this very well. During the process we came up with different and new ideas. Lucky was very fleyible and did a great job. It's the second time we worked with him and we can recomend him.

The final product was fine, but working with lucky_graphic was definitely challenging and I would not recommend them. There was an issue with the original order, so it took some back and forth to get it right. I was disappointed with how frustrated lucky became when they didn't understand what I was looking for. At one point they asked me to clarify and then almost immediately followed up with CAN YOU SEND PLEASE I AM WAITING. Then they tried giving up on the project entirely and I had to talk them into finishing it. I totally understand that having english as a second language must be challenging, but I was doing my best, and I thought they way they handled it was really unprofessional.
