* Communication was poor...he asked no questions at all, even when I specifically asked him to, and it was obvious that he didn't really understand my requirements\n\n* There were also significant quality issues. Graphics with inconsistent sizes. Misspelling my company name.\n\n* Most importantly, my gig called for three different concepts. I gave him one concept, based on an idea that I had. The other two concepts were up to him, but I gave him specific requirements about what kind of feeling or impression I wanted. But the two concepts he gave were very generic, and didn't meet my request at all.\n\nHe's okay if you can tell him exactly what you want, and how to do it.

Thank you. Took a time to ask to change up font style since first concepts had all same font style but then changed it up so it feels different concepts than just changing the icon. Good job.
